products will be delivered by courier to your door. The
Delivery cost is just ONE PENNY.
Delivery will take less than one week. We deliver to mainland
UK only at present. You can track your order by clicking

you used when completing your order.
Payment
Our
online payment service is quick and easy. After completing
your delivery details you are then redirected to a secure
connection (SSL), with payment via worldpay.co.uk.
Refund
Policy
You,
the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within
seven days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel your
order, you will have your payment returned to you (these
requirements comply with EU regulations). Please contact
us by email with your reference number and problem. We
will arrange for collection by courier; after collection
your card will be refunded the full amount.
The
Product
You
receive the bike(s) 95% built. Bikes are packaged to save
space and protect them from damage. On receipt of the
bike you will have to remove packaging; attach seat; handlebars;
wheels and pedals. The extent of building you will have
to do is slightly dependent upon the bike but should take
approximately 20 minutes. All bikes come with the appropriate
instructions and mini tool kit.
Availablity
If
a bike is out of stock we will not sell it to you. You
can be confident that the bike you order is in stock as
those out of stock are removed from the website on a regular
basis. In the unlikely event that we cannot get the bike
from the supplier you will be notified and the order will
be cancelled.
